The work...

You will support our public sector clients to achieve timely, efficient and effective recruitment and selection outcomes. You may be engaged on a full-time temporary contract arrangement, or on a casual basis for a variety of recruitment and selection activities. Work may be on-site at a client's premises or performed remotely from your home office depending on the client's expectations. Your work will involve provision of expert advice on recruitment and selection policy and process, as well as preparation of high quality reports. You may undertake a variety of recruitment and selection activities on behalf of your client, including shortlisting, development of interview questions and work tests, conducting referee reports, and facilitating feedback to applicants. You may also participate as an independent panel member of a selection panel.

Remuneration based on an hourly rate which varies according to the nature and level of work performed and will include a casual loading where appropriate.
