The Opportunity
If the opening questions resonate with you, we have two temporary 6-month opportunities to work for our Brisbane CBD based client, a leading independent statutory body. Drawing upon your instructional design, e-learning and blended learning experiences, you will report to the Manager, Education Services, providing support developing and delivering impactful educational programs, as part of their existing talented and dedicated educations team.
Your experience:
Ideally you have:
- Expertise in the design, development and delivery of education or training programs within an adult learning environment, preferably from a government compliance or community services background.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and flex to changing business demands.
- Sophisticated communications, both verbally and written, with the ability to engage with people from all backgrounds and at all levels.
- Exposure to and experience with instructional and graphic design for self-paced e-learning and blended learning e.g. Articulate, Beyond and/or Powtoon (or willingness to learn).
- Experience working with a variety of learning management systems (LMS’s).
- High emotional intelligence, resilience and strong cultural awareness as some of the education programs and learning content can be sensitive to some audiences.
Remuneration and Hybrid Options
Remuneration is in the range of $66 - $72.00 per hour plus super. Higher rates may be awarded based on experience. Our client supports a hybrid working environment.
